Coronado Civic and Community Centers

HVAC and plumbing systems design for these two separate buildings. The Civic Center is 30,000 SF and the Community Center is 16,000 SF.

These facilities include:

• Conference rooms
• Offices
• Kitchen and dining areas
• A gymnasium
• Pool
• Multi-purpose room
• City hall with council chambers

The mechanical systems consist of a high-efficiency air-cooled chiller, gas-fired boiler and VAV-reheat air handling unit. The entire HVAC system is equipped with a state-of-the-art DDC System.

The plumbing systems consist of low flow plumbing fixtures, gas fired domestic water boiler with storage tank.
