SDCCD Miramar College Central Plant Expansion Cx

MA Engineers commissioned the upgrade of the central utilities plant.

Commissioned systems / equipment included; variable-speed centrifugal chillers, variable-speed primary chilled water pumps, variable-speed secondary chilled water distribution pumps, variable speed condenser water pumps, variable speed cooling towers, 920,000 gallons chilled water thermal energy storage system, and the building automation system.

Additional systems equipment included modulating condensing boilers, constant-speed primary pumps, and variable-speed secondary distribution pumps.
